Heart disease can be a silent threat to pretty much everyone. It can effect older, more mature people, even younger people and babies, and everyone in between as well - which is why it is crucially important for people to take heed and pay extra special attention to what they are doing if they have heart disease or at least if they are attempting to prevent heart disease from developing in their body.
